Countdown to Venture Forum 2026: Vietnam’s M&A Moment Takes Center Stage

Initiated and annually organized by VinVentures, the investment arm of Vingroup, Venture Forum has evolved into a platform for high-level conversations around capital, technology, and growth. This year’s edition, themed “Vietnam’s M&A Moment – The Unseen Dynamics,” is co-hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, Lotte Ventures, and Impact Square.

Taking place on June 12 at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Venture Forum 2026 is expected to welcome more than 500 delegates, including corporate leaders, investment funds, financial institutions, high-growth technology startups, and innovation ecosystem partners from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

According to the Organizing Committee, the expanded scale and international participation of this year’s forum reflect the growing interest in Vietnam’s investment landscape. Following the 2025 edition, Venture Forum 2026 returns with a new strategic focus on M&A and private capital, areas that are becoming increasingly important for technology companies seeking to raise resources, scale operations, and strengthen their competitive positioning.

 The forum will explore how M&A can serve as a viable growth pathway alongside IPOs, particularly for Vietnamese technology companies looking to unlock value, accelerate expansion, and engage more deeply with regional and global capital markets.

Beyond the panel discussions, Venture Forum 2026 will also feature a dedicated Deal Arena, designed to connect investors with potential M&A opportunities. The format aims to facilitate more direct conversations around partnership potential, capital needs, and transaction opportunities that may continue beyond the forum.

Positioned as an annual dialogue platform on M&A and private capital, Venture Forum 2026 seeks to strengthen connections between Vietnam’s domestic investment ecosystem and international capital flows, while contributing to a more active and connected market for technology-driven growth.
